Doha – January 31

The State of Qatar strongly condemns Israel’s repeated violations of the ceasefire in the Gaza Strip, which have resulted in the martyrdom and injury of a number of individuals. The Ministry stresses the need for Israel’s full adherence to the ceasefire agreement to ensure the success of the second phase of the plan proposed by His Excellency U.S. President Donald Trump and the implementation of United Nations Security Council Resolution 2803.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs also calls on all parties to exercise maximum restraint and refrain from any actions that could undermine ongoing efforts or hinder the creation of appropriate conditions for initiating the early recovery and reconstruction phase in the Gaza Strip.
