His Excellency reaffirmed Qatar’s full support for efforts to reform the multilateral system, ensuring the inclusiveness and transparency of global governance, and enhancing the capacity of international institutions to effectively respond to the evolving needs of member states, especially developing countries.

Highlighting Qatar’s national progress, Dr. Al Khulaifi noted the country’s significant strides in promoting good governance through legislative and administrative reforms aimed at transparency and accountability. He underscored Qatar’s investments in digital transformation and information technology to boost government efficiency, alongside fostering partnerships with civil society and the private sector in public policy formulation.
